How to use this research
Each town page carries its own boundary notes, historical indicators, current document context and source links. Census 2011 town figures are not directly comparable to Census 2022 municipal figures. We have not filled missing current health, unemployment, ambient pollution, water-quality or rehabilitation results with estimates.
Thabazimbi’s historical town population remains withheld pending reconciliation of similarly named main-place records. Phake statistics are never presented as Dinokeng statistics.
