Secondary mineral recovery
Assess mineral-bearing material that has already entered the industrial system.
Our minerals focus extends from secondary recovery and beneficiation to purification and controlled synthesis. We evaluate how selected resources can become consistent mineral products for industrial customers.

Evaluate composition, variability and recoverable value.
Assess appropriate physical and chemical separation.
Explore upgrading against industrial specifications.
Consider suitable mineral products and intermediates.
Connect technical work with credible customers.
Mineral content, recoverability and commercial value are different questions. Our approach examines each in turn: what is present, how it can be recovered, and whether the resulting product has a viable market.
Concentration, upgrading and refining requirements are determined by the stream and the buyer. Battery-material concepts remain development opportunities until chemistry, purity and economics have been validated.
Explore Recovery-as-a-Service
Assess mineral-bearing material that has already entered the industrial system.

Evaluate the steps needed to turn a concentrate into a usable intermediate or product.

Establish customer requirements, qualification and potential offtake routes.
Recovery separates useful constituents from a source. Synthesis uses controlled reactions to form a specified compound or mineral structure. The two can be connected, but they are different process steps.
We investigate this connection through defined product pathways, including selected carbonate minerals, zeolites and iron-phosphate intermediates. Feed chemistry, impurity control and product performance determine which route deserves development.
Battery-material research is a further pathway. Iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate require separate qualification, and lithium iron phosphate also requires a suitable lithium source. We develop the evidence for each step before combining them.
Discuss a mineral-product opportunityRecover existing value from suitable tailings, residues or other defined streams.
Separate interfering constituents and establish a repeatable input quality.
Produce and test the required mineral phase or compound for a defined application.
Our focus is on complementary secondary supply and selected manufactured products. Every route still requires its constituent elements and suitable energy, reagents and infrastructure.
We compare feedstock composition, separation requirements, customer specifications, process costs and remaining-waste obligations before choosing a route.
Share the stream, the requirement and the information available.
Our managed-service workspace connects named teams, site information, delivery records, technical review and client acceptance. Material opportunities can progress through recovery assessment and marketplace qualification.
